Mahindra Adventure is all set to sizzle yet again as it announced its 3rd season calendar today. Divided into Great Escape and Multi-day Expedition and Challenges, this year promises to be even more spectacular than the last one. Locations like Kottayam, Lonavala, Goa, Jaisalmer, Chennai and Gurgaon have always been part of this calendar but this year two additional locations - Shillong and Hyderabad - have been added to the list.

Mahindra also took this opportunity to launch its Off-roading training academy which according to Chief Marketing Officer, Vivek Nayer, is something that has been introduced solely because the consumers wanted it. Divided into three stages namely basic, intermediate and expert, the training will be given to all those who want to know what off-roading is all about.

The training academy is based out of Igatpuri (where Mahindra also has its engine plant) and is spread across acres of slush, mud and gradients thus giving the participants an opportunity to get a first hand experience of off-roading. Mahindra charges a fee of Rs. 15000 per head for the basic training which includes staying facility, food and their own car which is used for training.
