Kush Maini has become the first Indian to win an FIA Constructors’ World Championship, helping Invicta Racing secure the title at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Maini finished 13th in the drivers’ standings in his second Formula 2 season, contributing five podiums, including a race win in Hungary and consistently performing in key moments. Maini started the season with a pole position in Jeddah, setting up Invicta Racing’s campaign, which ended with a 34.5-point margin over Campos Racing, his former team. In Abu Dhabi, he qualified P6 and had competitive starts in both races. However, floor damage in the sprint race and a stalled pit stop in the feature race affected his final performance and potential points haul.
