Jaguar's Mitch Evans etched his name in Formula E history with a stunning victory in the season-opening race in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Starting from the back of the grid, the New Zealander produced a breathtaking drive to claim his 13th career win, equaling the all-time record. The race was marked by drama and multiple red flags. Reigning champion Pascal Wehrlein's spectacular crash, which thankfully resulted in no injuries, caused one of the interruptions. Porsche's Antonio Felix da Costa finished a close second, just 0.3 seconds behind Evans. McLaren's Taylor Barnard, the youngest driver on the grid, secured a remarkable third-place finish despite a drive-through penalty and a front wing change.
