Formula E Hyderabad e-Prix: India is gearing up to host Formula E for the first time. The event will take place in Hyderabad, featuring 11 teams from across the globe racing electric vehicles. Over the next four years, the city will continue to host the race, according to reports. Formula E is a single-seater electric car racing, formally known as the ABB FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) Formula E World Championship. The FIA has joined hands with the Telangana government to host the racing event, which will take place on February 11, 2023. In Hyderabad, Telangana, the racetrack is near Hussain Sagar, and the venue reportedly can house around 20,000 viewers. Venue
A street circuit near Hussain Sagar Lake will serve as the venue for the racing sport. The racing course is 2.835km long and has a total of 18 corners. The most affordable way to reach the venue from Hyderabad Airport (HYD) is by bus, which costs between Rs 250 and Rs 350 per person and takes approximately 1.5 hours. The quickest mode, on the other hand, to reach the racing location is via taxi from the Hyderabad Airport, which costs Rs 650 and Rs 850 per person and takes around 27 minutes.
