Andretti has confirmed the departure of Norman Nato after just one season with the American team. Replacing André Lotterer, the Frenchman joined the Andretti outfit from Nissan for Season 10 but struggled to match the pace of his teammate, Jake Dennis. Andretti had a tough Formula E season, with qualifying performances being their weakness. While Nato managed a podium finish in Shanghai, his overall points tally was significantly eclipsed by Dennis'. This disparity, combined with the team's broader struggles, ultimately led to the decision to part ways. After the season ends, speculation about replacements has intensified. Nico Müller, recently released from ABT, has emerged as a frontrunner for the Andretti seat. The Swiss driver is a highly respected figure in Formula E. Notably, he was considered by Tag Heuer Porsche – Andretti's powertrain suppliers – as a potential replacement for Antonio Felix da Costa between the Diriyah and São Paulo rounds of the previous season.

Andretti is set to unveil its 2024/25 Formula E driver lineup in the coming days, with defending champion Jake Dennis confirmed to partner with a new teammate.
Nato's exit is part of a wider reshuffle in the Formula E paddock. Stoffel Vandoorne and Jake Hughes have been confirmed as the new driver pairing for Maserati MSG Racing, replacing Maximilian Guenther and Jehan Daruvala. Guenther is expected to fill the vacant seat at DS Penske left by Vandoorne.
