FIM E-Xplorer World Cup: What is it?
At the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup, a wide variety of factory and private teams showcase their electric motocross bikes, making for an exciting spectacle.
Teams compete in two separate categories, each requiring them to design and build their own one-of-a-kind electric bikes to traverse challenging terrains. The Hyperbikes category sets the way for prototype marvels with up to 7kWh batteries and a regular MX bike chassis. On the other hand, the bikes in the GT category are based on production versions, but they've been heavily modified to handle the racing demands.
