McLaren will race with a special chrome livery at the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas. Developed in partnership with Google, this is the second version of their chrome-inspired design, following its debut at Silverstone last year. Part of the "Chrome Shines Again" campaign, the livery honours McLaren's heritage with a modern twist. Evoking the glory days of 2006-2014, when Lewis Hamilton secured the drivers' title in 2008, the chrome livery harkens back to McLaren's championship-winning colour scheme. McLaren joins Haas and Alpine as the third team to reveal a unique livery for the Austin race.

McLaren enters the final six races with a comfortable 41-point advantage over Red Bull in the constructors' championship. Meanwhile, Lando Norris trails Max Verstappen by 52 points in the drivers' title race.
