2025 Honda Activa: What’s New?
One of the most noticeable upgrades on the 2025 Honda Activa is the introduction of a new 4.2-inch TFT display, available on the top-spec variant. This modern console comes with Bluetooth connectivity and works seamlessly with Honda’s RoadSync app, offering features like turn-by-turn navigation and call & SMS alerts. Additionally, the Activa now includes a USB Type-C charging port, adding more convenience for users.

While the scooter’s performance and hardware remain the same, there’s a significant update under the hood. The Activa’s 109.51cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine is now OBD2B-compliant, meeting the latest emission standards. It continues to produce a power output of 7.8bhp at 8,000rpm and 9.05Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. Moreover, the 2025 Activa is equipped with an idling stop system, enhancing its fuel efficiency.
In terms of design, the Activa retains its classic look, but there’s a noticeable change with the DLX variant now sporting alloy wheels, just like the premium H-Smart trim, replacing the previous steel wheels.
Commenting on this announcement, Mr. Yogesh Mathur, Director of Sales and Marketing, at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said, 'The Activa is more than just a scooter, it is a trusted companion for crores of families across India and proudly stays true to its tagline ‘Scooter bole toh Activa’.
