Aprilia showcased the mighty RSV4 RF Superbike, which is powered by a 999.6cc unit longitudinal 65-degree V-4 cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine. The powerplant produces 198bhp at 13,000rpm and 115 Nm of torque at 10,500rpm. The new RSV4 gets an additional 15bhp and weighs 2.5 kilograms less than its predecessor thanks to the all aluminium chassis. As expected, this machine is equipped with electronics like Traction Control, ABS, Active Electronic Suspension, Adaptive Race Assistant and Advanced Telemetry Dashboard and many more features. It also comes standard with the ‘Superpole’ graphics and the V4-MP multimedia platform. It is Piaggio’s latest software that allows you to control functions and electronics on the motorcycle from your smart phone. The Ohlins suspension for front and rear are now a standard feature. The front end has been completely redesigned as it now gets a top fairing. The RSV4 RF also gets new triple headlight, an LED parking light and mirrors with built in LED turn indicators.
