While pre-bookings are now underway, Renault will announce prices for the all-new Duster during mid-March this year. The SUV will compete against the Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Tata Sierra, and Kia Seltos.

Renault has reintroduced the Duster to the Indian SUV market after a three-year hiatus. While official prices are yet to be announced, pre-bookings for the SUV are now open for a token amount of Rs 21,000. Customers who pre-book can enjoy perks such as priority delivery, special introductory pricing, and complimentary branded merchandise, along with a chance to visit the manufacturing facility. If you’re planning to book the new Renault Duster, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started.

-Go to Renault India’s website for online booking. If you don’t see the pre-booking option on the homepage, navigate to the R-Pass section to proceed. This option will help you unlock exclusive early-bird benefits mentioned above.
-Provide all the basic details, including your name and area of location.
-After this, choose your preferred dealer and engine option, and complete the booking by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000 through UPI or card.
-Post confirmation, the dealership will coordinate test drives and the next steps once the SUV reaches showrooms.
For the first time, the Renault Duster comes with a strong hybrid setup that combines a 1.8-litre petrol engine, a 48bhp electric motor, and a 19.7bhp hybrid starter generator to produce a total of 158bhp of maximum power and 172Nm of peak torque. However, this unit is expected to be available by Diwali 2026.

Other engine options include a 1.3-litre turbo engine with 161bhp and 280Nm and a 6-speed manual or DCT, and a 1.0-litre turbo with 99bhp and 160Nm, and a 6-speed manual.

The all-new Duster comes equipped with dual-zone climate control, a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a panoramic sunroof.
For safety, it has a 360-degree camera, six airbags, TPMS, front and rear parking sensors, disc brakes on all wheels, and Level-2 ADAS.
